Hi, I’m Eliss Chen, an Advanced Sales Trainer as well as an Estate Planning & Trust Specialist in wealth management and financial advisory for more than 20 years. I have conducted more than 500 hours of training in various financial planning, wealth management, sales training and estate planning topics.
I help financial professionals master the art of client connection and grow their client’s portfolio size and depth through effective sales techniques for financial advisors during appointments. My sales techniques bridge the challenges of effective financial planning and engaging the client’s emotions.
These are demonstrated with my successful joint appointments with advisors, which includes implementing estate planning and trust solutions for Mass Affluent to HNW Individuals. These clients included listed companies’ owners and family businesses owners.

About the Course
Enhanced Sales Advisory Techniques (E-SAT)
The Enhanced Sales Advisory Techniques (E-SAT) is a 1.5 days practical sales course for financial advisors to learn and practise Eliss’s 16 sales techniques. These sales techniques are used during appointments to engage the client, create referrals, close bigger cases. The techniques help advisors to have structured complex discussions with the clients, leading to comprehensive solutions as well as major case sizes.
In this sales course, participants will learn how to weave images, concepts, stories, data together with essential elements in each area. Participants will learn the importance of sales vocabulary and clarity of thoughts in their presentation.
With these techniques, participants can even achieve referrals from prospects before closing these prospects. They can also build up bigger case sizes with in-depth estate planning techniques. They will also be able to guide clients to make more complex decisions effectively and efficiently.
This course is available on bi-monthly basis or on demand (for exclusive team training) with a minimum class size of 12. The fee for the course is at a $1200 per participant.
